Start a Refund

If you choose to return an item and the return is not due to an error on our part please be aware that the cost of shipping and a 15% restocking fee, 25% for Victron Energy, Winegard, Wilson, Surecall and Garrett products, will be deducted from your refund. Should you wish to proceed with the return, you can log into your account with the instructions below or contact us by email to explain your reason and to request a return label.

 

Submit a Return Request

  1. To start the returns process log into your account at https://account.komaxt.ca
  2. In the Email field, enter your email address and then click Continue.
  3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  4. Go back to the online store and enter a six-digit verification code.
  5. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  6. If your order has more than one item then select the items that you want to return.
  7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  8. Click Request Return.

 

Our customer care team will then provide you with information regarding the shipping cost. It's important to ensure that the returned items are unopened, in their original condition and do not affect their resale potential. When the item is delivered to us, you will be issued a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

 

Refund Processing Time

After the product is returned and received by us you will typically receive a refund in 3-5 days. However, depending on your credit card provider it can take up to 10 days. If you have not received a refund after that time please contact us at returns@komaxt.ca for more information.

 

Lost Package

If you haven't received your item by the expected delivery date, despite having received a tracking number, we recommend taking a few steps. First, consider checking around your residence, inquiring with your neighbors and reaching out to the shipping company directly. If these efforts do not result in locating your package, please get in touch with us and provide your phone number. We will initiate a claim for the lost package with the shipping company on your behalf to address the issue. The investigation by the shipping company may take up to a week. We appreciate your patience during this time and assure you that we will take appropriate actions to resolve the situation as soon as the investigation is completed.

 

Shipping Damages / Defective / Received Wrong Item

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 2 business days if the item is damaged, defective or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your order arrives damaged, please take photos to send to us so the return process goes smoothly. Contact returns@komaxt.ca to start the process.

 

Warranty Returns

Some products carry a manufacturer's warranty beyond our 30 day return policy. Warranty periods are noted on each product page.

If you do encounter an issue during the warranty period, please contact us at returns@komaxt.ca. Depending on the product we may handle your warranty claim and provide you a return authorization or we may forward you to the manufacturer to handle directly.

Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost of warranty returns. No exceptions.
